Abstract

This thesis examines the "Review the Islamic law About Conventional Bank Employee Wages." There are two issues raised, namely work in conventional banks according to Islamic law and received wages from working in a conventional bank according to Islamic law. The purpose of this thesis is to find an understanding of Islamic law concerning muslim employees who work and receive wages from working in conventional banking. As for the method of analysis in this thesis is descriptive analysis which describes about the problems that are associated with the title of the thesis. As well as the type of methodology used was qualitative methodologies are libraries (librabry research). Thesis research results researchers found the existence of a difference of opinion regarding the legal work and receive wages from conventional banking, in which the first opinion said haram by looking at the existing problems in the Canon of texts (qur'an and Hadith) or textual basis. The second opinion says halal by looking at existing problems are contextually with the use of the science of jurisprudence. Results of the study showed that there are some legal opinions on the work and receive wages earned from working in conventional banking.
