Abstract

According to Rubin, It is believed that listening is an active process in which listeners choose and understand information from visual and aural cues. In order to clarify the situation and the message being conveyed by the speakers. When someone is actively listening, they take in information from both visual and auditory cues and apply it to their prior knowledge1 . When teaching listening, it is thought that students' lack of listening skill is caused in part by their worry, which is also seen to be the emotional barrier that obstructs learning the most persistently2 . Because of these complexities, students studying English as a second language experience anxiety
